As written in Genesis 2:15, the Free Methodist Church in Burundi is taking the initiative to put God’s Word into practice regarding the management and preservation of the environment. To this end, several symbolic activities will accompany the launch of this exceptional program:

On June 18, 19, and 20, an awareness campaign about the program will be conducted in all institutions affiliated with the Free Methodist Church in Burundi.
On June 20, a special broadcast will be hosted by the Bishop and legal representative of the Free Methodist Church in Burundi, Deogratias Nshimiyimana. The program will be broadcast live on Radio Voix d’Espoir-Ijwi Riremesha (FM 94.3 and 107.8), as well as on its digital platforms: Facebook, website, and via the Radio Garden app. It will begin at 4:00 PM.
On June 28, the program will be officially launched during a ceremony preceded by a leaders’ workshop, which will conclude with a tree-planting activity at various institutions of the Free Methodist Church in Burundi.
All these activities will take place in Bujumbura, at the Center for Integrated Development Planning (CPDI) of the Free Methodist Church, located in Ngagara, Quarter 2, near the Université Espoir d’Afrique.
